What payment do you take?
We only accept cash when your hire over text or Instagram DM once we get to your location and deliver the AJ. However, we accept card payments online.
Is there a bond?
A bond is required during our special offers and events during the year. This will already be applied when you hire our AJ online with the 'shipping' option and refunded as soon as we pick up the AJ in good condition.
What is included in the price?
Coal, fresh head or ceramic head of your choice, flavour of your choice, pipe, delivery and pick up.
Do you have discounts?
We do have discounts available when you hire our AJ 10 times. You will receive the offer on your 11th hire.
We also have discounts during the year for holidays including Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Assyrian New Year, Queens Birthday, Halloween, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New year. This will be updated on our website on our discount page
How do I get in contact with you to cater an event or gathering?
Send us an email with your information and event requests or inquires on our contact page or directly to [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24 hours
How do I pre-hire AJ for an event?
Send us an email with your event information and requests and we will provide you with our special prices for your event. You can confirm those details with us if you are satisfied and continue to our website and order your requested AJ and fresh heads. Bond will already be applied and refunded when the AJ are picked up. Please send us an email before you hire AJ online for your event as we do provide special offers and want you to have the best AJ experience with us.
How long do the heads last?
They last between 2-3 hours
How long is the hire for?
The hire is 4 hours. However, you can request for it all night. Our pick up time is between 11pm and 1am.
Are the coals ready when you deliver the AJ?
They are not, however you can request for a stove and gas. If we are catering for an event we will supply coal thats ready for use.
What areas are included with the free delivery?
Fairfield, Greenfield, Bossley Park, Edensor, Cecil Hills, Liverpool, Greenvalley, Hoxton Park, Middleton Grange, Miller and Abbotsbury.
